Now hiring on a sliding pay scale. 35 Hours or more a week- $14.00 Hour: 25 to 35 Hours a week - $13.00 Hour: 25 Hours and less $12.00 Hour: Hours will be average Monthly and Pay will be based on the hourly scale and if you work under the required hours more than 6 weeks the Hourly pay will be adjusted to amount in the above sliding scale. This Wendy's is located inside of Shands UF Health and is an entry level job with incentives such as Free Semester Gainesville City Bus Pass and an evaluation after the first 90 days of employment. We pay our employees on a Weekly Basis and offer Employee of the Month and a gift card of choice on your Birthday and a Free Turkey for Thanksgiving. This is not a UF Health job we are an independent company. Parking is an issue so if you do not ride the bus or have someone drop you off, it will be difficult to find parking. Shands does offer off site parking and shuttle service at Winn Dixie on SW 16th Street and the Oaks Mall.
