Join our dynamic team as a Public Relations Assistant at our thriving event marketing firm. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the success of our events and enhance our brand presence through effective public relations strategies.

Responsibilities:

As a Public Relations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of public relations strategies for events
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with media contacts
  • Drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials
  • Coordinating media coverage for events and managing press inquiries
  • Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to assess the impact of PR efforts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Supporting the overall marketing and promotional activities of the firm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience or internship in public relations is a plus
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic event marketing environment
