Are you an experienced X-Ray Tech looking to cross-train into Mammography? Join us at Fairfax Breast Center for this amazing opportunity to learn with a seasoned trainer and complete the online training program, sponsored by FRC (this is a paid position).


This is a full-time, benefitted position for a Mammography Tech at our Breast Center in Fairfax, Virginia. You will work 10-hour shifts, Monday – Friday, 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM

There are no weekends, call, or holidays. Free on-site parking.

Who you are:

As a Mammography Tech for Fairfax Radiology Centers (FRC) you are the calming force when our patients are in need of quality care. Your professionalism, empathy, and technical prowess help our patients have a positive experience. You are at your best when our patients need you the most.

What you’ll do:

  • Independently perform screening and diagnostic Mammography and DXA scans
  • Promote good relations with patients. Put forth a continuous positive, professional, and caring attitude with all patients and their families.

What you’ll bring:

  • X-Ray Tech experience is required and if you have some Mammography experience, even better.
    • We'll also cross train you to DXA.
  • Active RT (R) (ARRT) certification
  • Active Virginia RT license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
