YOUR IMPACT

Our Vocational Advisor - Direct Support Professional is responsible for supporting people with disabilities in their day-to-day lives. You meet with clients in their homes, develop relationships with them, and assist them with whatever they need. Depending on the day or client, this could involve helping with hygiene, meal prep, housekeeping, running errands, or taking medications. You also help out with grocery shopping and transporting clients to their various activities. In addition to being a helper and a companion, you're also a professional advocate who helps clients get successfully set up in their jobs. Join us and directly impact the people in our community


REQUIREMENTS

  • 18+ years old
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, personal transportation
  • Heart for working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities
