TécFAB requires a Contract/Infrastructure manager to support our Build to Print Fabrication Division. The right candidate will be at the forefront of a face paced front end operations team and working with Project and Program Managers, QA, and Production staff advising on contract requirements and overseeing that vital infrastructure procedures are met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Efficiently support multiple customers and various contract components to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare, maintain, update and oversee contract documentation and adherence to corporate and TécFAB division process
  • Collaborate with TécFAB Division team members to support maintaining adequate response time to estimates, customer interaction, and provide support as needed to colleagues in regards to proposals.
  • Support Company Directors and Officers as it relates to development of corporate systems to support divisional growth.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in ISO 9001 Compliant QMS procedure development and adherence
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working with HII Industries contracts and procurement system processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to support multiple product line contracts
  • Great interpersonal skills in a demanding high paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education

  • BS or BA degree with a PMP certification and minimal 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Minimal 5 to 7 years of contract and Program / Project Management experience with US Naval Ship Repair companies and US Naval New construction platforms.

Pay Range will be based on applicant's qualifications and experience.
