BCBA Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff with authority
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and impactful re-assessments for clients
- Manage a clinically sustainable caseload with finesse
- Analyze therapy team data, steering treatment decisions with precision
- Update client goals and treatment plans with a strategic mindset
- Provide parents with top-notch training and constructive feedback
- Collaborate seamlessly with other professionals, as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000.00 to $75,000.00

BCBA Qualifications:
- Possession of a BCBA certificate & license (if required in the state of practice)
- Unwavering commitment to adhering to company and BACB guidelines and policies
- Proven experience in working with children or children with disabilities
BCBA Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with children with autism
- Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience
- Previous BCBA experience is a plus
Education Requirement:
- Master's level degree
