QUALIFICATIONS

· Restaurant Experience: 1-3 years (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

· US work authorization (Required)

· Ability to communicate and work well with a team in a fast-paced environment

· Basic Math Skills

· Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time

Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone with a great attitude and willingness to work hard.

BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome customers, reading and listening to people to determine food and beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking orders.

· Prepare scratch-made mixers and garnishes

· Recipe Adherence

· Checking Identifications to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol

· Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.

· Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.

· Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong task and time management abilities.

· Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.

· Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information

· Communicate guest requests or complaints

· Answer, report and follow MOD instructions

· Ability to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining a positive attitude

· Maintain a clean work environment

· Arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work

· Complete tasks assigned by MOD in a timely manner

*Bartender may be asked to work server shifts as well

BARTENDER QUALIFICATIONS

· Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience bartending Craft Cocktail and Wine knowledge

· POS experience is a must

· Ability to multi-task

This is an hourly position, with part-time and full-time positions available.

Hourly Pay

Pay is based on experience.
