What youll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and deliver new financial products from scratch
  • Play a critical role in shaping the future of the technology stack and development processes
  • Build robust software systems with a focus on reusability, logging, monitoring, and testing
  • Create continuous integration and release workflows
  • Work autonomously and manage projects from end to end
  • Contribute to building a company and not just products


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience writing high-quality production code at a venture-backed startup or top technology company
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and a good understanding of the modern JS/TS development toolchain
  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions
  • Experience in creating continuous integration and release workflows
  • Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in fintech
  • Experience building auditable systems for security and financial audits (e.g., SOC II)
  • Familiarity with basic blockchain functionality and smart contracts
