iCRYO One Loudoun is a new Recovery and Wellness Center that specializes in Whole Body Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Body Sculpting, IV therapy and other related services. Our mission is to elevate the lifestyle of our team members and guests by providing professional, affordable, and convenient recovery services while raising the bar in the health and wellness industry. Our Company Culture is centered around the passion we have for increasing the quality of life for our guests. We work as a team in all aspects of our daily operations to provide first class professional, affordable, and convenient services to the masses. With accountability on all levels and productivity throughout our organization, we can provide our guests with the experience they deserve.
Position Overview:
Our ideal candidate should have a dynamic personality and a passion for overall wellness and recovery. Must be energetic and ready to assist guests upon arrival. The Guest Sales Associate is responsible for assisting and educating guests in achieving their wellness goals with exceptional guest service, marketing through social media and attending community events. The Guest Sales Associate will also be responsible for continuing their education of our products and services as well as working as a team with other employees and maintaining safety protocols within the center.
The Guest Sales Associate should be action oriented, customer service driven, ambitious, upbeat, confident, honest, detailed and goal oriented. This person will work with the Center Manager, and their team, to identify/solve problems, set expectations, goals, and complete daily tasks. This candidate shall also possess the skills necessary to perform their duties and responsibilities with minimal direct supervision.
**Base pay plus commission**
Qualifications:
• Ability to work a minimum of 12-30 a week with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.
• Display exceptional guest experience skills, handle and resolve guest issues to maintain guest loyalty.
• Understand the needs of the guest, ability to educate guests on services needed in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
• Retail Sales Experience preferred but not required
