HVAC Sheet Metal/ Ductwork - APM
This is a full-time role of assistant Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project management between the fabrication shop and jobsite - including the following.
- Creating submittals/shop standards.
- Reviewing shop drawings and submitting for Engineer's approval.
- Scheduling workers to specific jobsites.
- Assisting Project Managers & Foremen with ordering materials.
- Assisting Estimators in bidding new jobs.
Qualifications
HVAC experience preferred
Experience with blueprints
Experience in Project Management.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SMACNA standards preferred.
Speaking Spanish is a plus.
