**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support - Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in St. Mary's County. The available position supporting an individual with disabilities is as follows: Monday & Wednesday 9am to 1pm and Friday 9am to 12pm. The hourly rate is $21/hr. The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and car insurance, pass a background check, and attend required trainings.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist individuals with daily living activities
- Understanding of person-centered planning and documentation

**Responsibilities:**
- Implement individualized support plans based on the preferences and goals of the individual
- Assist the individual with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores
- Support the individual in participating in community activities and developing social connections
- Document individual progress, challenges, and goals in accordance with agency policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the well-being of the individuals supported
