Outside Brands is seeking a high-energy, creative, and task-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The position is responsible for the effective management and creative storytelling via marketing, advertising, and promotional activities that align with the marketing department’s long-term goals and objectives for Outside Brands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in the management, creation, and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional collateral and tactics and documents in various formats including but not limited to In-Design, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel and Word, programs.
  • Manage all activities related to Outside’s social media presence, including postings on Insta-gram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, and other websites.
  • Manage and respond to customer review websites taking great care to craft well-written, positive responses.
  • Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
  • Create marketing presentations, produce reports to monitor results, present findings and suggestions to company directors.
  • Supporting project workflow to meet expected department communication timelines and deadlines.
  • Assist with proofing that all communications, event information, and operational updates are cohesive across Outside Brands platforms.
  • Manage external vendors as needed.
  • Monitor, review, and report on all assigned marketing activities and results.
  • Attend media and advertising events as assigned.
  • Monitor industry best practices, and analyze market trends, studying competitors’ products and services.
  • Explore ways to improve existing products and services, increasing productivity.
  • Assist in the preparations and management of marketing plans.
  • Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.
  • Embody and motivate every team member to fulfill Outside’s mission “To enrich lives by connecting people to exceptional places, products, and experiences.”
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Communication, or related field.

  • At least three years of marketing experience with a proven and verifiable record of accomplishments.
  • Extensive experience working with digital media, including social, website development, banner and rich media advertising, video, and more.
  • Expert skills working in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically with In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Photography and videography skills are a major bonus.
  • Requires proficient mastery of communication skills, both verbal and written including grammar and spelling proofing.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • Frequently standing up or moving within and outside the facility
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 35lbs
  • Proficient PC/Mac computer skills
  • Communicating with customers, employees, and third parties
  • Handling objects, products, and computer equipment
