Role : Cognos Architect

Duration : 6+ Months (Extendable Contract)

Location : NYC

  • Overall around 15 years of experience
  • Extensive hands-on full life-cycle experience with Cognos reporting Suite
  • Strong hands on experience in Cognos 8.5, Cognos 10 and above
  • Extensive experience in Cognos Framework Manager • Extensive experience with Cognos reporting tools suite; Report Studio, Cognos SDK
  • Strong SQL development skills
  • Extremely good database development experience
  • Dimensional Modeling experience is a plus
  • Strong abilities in requirements Gathering, User interaction and designing data model based on the requirements.
  • Experience analyzing end user requirements, performing data analysis and developing reporting specifications
  • Experience in creating complex Stored Procedures, Tables, Views, Materialized Query tables, Indexes and SQL
  • Experience in Architectural design for BI Reporting
  • Have extensive experience with logical and Physical data modeling
  • Have in-depth expertise on one of the leading RDBMS technologies like ORACLE, MSSQL
