MOKA is hiring a full time Time Barista for our Sun Prairie, WI location


Join the MOKA team as a Fullrista at our lively coffee shop where we prioritize amazing customer service, speed, and crafting classic and innovative beverages.  As a barista, you will play a key role each day by bringing a positive attitude, preparing the store for the day, and organizing the team to be ready to serve.  By joining our team you would be a part of high-quality customer service, quick and efficient operations, and top-notch product quality.  With a companywide focus on growth and development, we offer opportunities for leadership advancement and promotion within the company.  A positive and upbeat attitude is a must in this fast-paced, customer-focused environment.


The full-time baristas are able to collect tips and there are always opportunities to grow within the organization.  You will be paid for all training and onboarding. Shifts vary between 6:30a-3:30p, 7a-3p or 8a-4p Monday thru Fridays

Responsibilities:


  • Assist the General Manager in leading the team to provide excellent customer service and reach performance goals
  • Prepare the store for daily operations. 
  • Champion MOKA culture.  Dedicated to making sure each customer moment is the highlight of their day  
  • Exemplify a positive attitude. Set the tone each day by assisting the GM to ensure team members are recognized and motivated 
  • Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies, and core values
  • Uphold's sanitation practices and procedures regulated by the local Health Department and MOKA
  • Shifts vary between 6:30a-3:30p, 7a-3p or 8a-4p Monday thru Fridays 
  • Timely and accurate reporting of daily accounting, employee communication, and product inventory
