The Financial Analyst develops and prepares strategies for BI processes and data architecture for the organization based on critical KPI’s. The Analyst will tell stories and create visualizations that tie to business strategy and direction from Executive Management. Tools developed will be used to drive business decisions and increase profitability throughout the Company. Perform ad hoc analysis and support the forecasting and month end close process.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with company management to identify critical KPI’s to drive the business.
  • Use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance through development and tracking of KPI’s through various sources.
  • Ability to understand and document business processes and determine data needed to improvement operations.
  • DOMO Master - connect data sources, prepare data, build valuable dashboards in working with company management.
  • Work with internal customers to understand their business problems and create data driven solutions.
  • Assist in data project scoping and goal setting throughout the organization.
  • Lead QA exercises in validating data between various sources.
  • Recommend solutions to reduce or eliminate issues and increase profitability.
  • Ad hoc analysis.
  • Support Monthly Operating Review for the factories and VHG.
  • Support the monthly forecasting process.
  • Support month/quarter/year end close activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and identify counter measures.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business or computer science.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with BI Tools.
  • Successful and proven experience in development of KPI’s and models to support business.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, quickly growing environment.
