The School Liaison is the point of contact for response efforts in K-12 schools in Gary. The role of the School Liaison is to provide information and resources by assessing the COVID-19 needs in the schools. Weekly school updates will be reported in the Indiana Department of Health Portal on a monthly basis.

High School Diploma.

Experience with working in a school setting preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license
