Financial Counterintelligence Analyst Junior-Level – TS/SCI with CI Poly – Bethesda, MD

BizFirst is assisting our client with recruiting a Full-time Financial Counterintelligence Analyst Junior-Level – TS/SCI with CI Poly – Bethesda, MD. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultants and professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government with strategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software implementation.


TS/SCI with CI Poly OR Higher Required


What will you do

As a Junior Financial Counterintelligence Analyst, you will act as the subject matter professional providing support in counterintelligence (CI) processes, capabilities, systems, tools, and applications within the areas of budget planning, execution, and reporting. In this role, you will demonstrate knowledge of data analytics tools and applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the subject matter professional providing support in CI processes, capabilities, systems, tools, and applications
  • Demonstrates knowledge of data analytics tools and applications
  • Generates standards, researches practices, produces analysis, and issues policies related to financial management and counterintelligence


Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with the Federal Government, with at least 1 year working with one or more Intelligence Community (IC) members
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial management, counterintelligence disciplines, or a combination thereof
  • Minimum experience in 2 of the following:
    • CI for DOD or IC
    • Financial management, accounting, or auditing
    • Enterprise Risk Management
    • Financial Management certification
    • Financial Management Systems Implementation
    • IT or Cybersecurity policy compliance inspection
    • Intelligence production and analysis


Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with the Federal Government, with at least 1 year working with one or more IC members
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial management, counterintelligence disciplines, or a combination thereof
  • Minimum experience in 2 of the following:
    • CI for DOD or IC
    • Financial management, accounting, or auditing
    • Enterprise Risk Management
    • Financial Management certification
    • Financial Management Systems Implementation
    • IT or Cybersecurity policy compliance inspection
    • Intelligence production and analysis
