Work Arrangement:

Responsibilities:

  • Support partners and manage client accounts.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Review tax returns for accuracy.
  • Research tax issues and write memos.
  • Find opportunities to expand client services.
  • Assist in developing business proposals.
  • Handle billing and collections promptly.
  • Uphold the Firms Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
  • Develop team members' skills.
  • Provide regular performance feedback.
  • Delegate tasks and focus on management duties.
  • Show initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain client and team confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: BS/BA in accounting; Required: CPA; Advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of tax experience in public accounting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Able to meet deadlines and handle workload under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, tax compliance and research software, fixed assets, QuickBooks, and trial balance systems.
