Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary: The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and setting up the daily breakfast buffet to brand standard and ensuring a positive, friendly, and inviting guest experience.  This position is part time.  Must be available weekends and holidays.  Start times are Mon-Friday 5:00 am (breakfast is open 6:00 am to 9:30 am) and Saturday/Sunday 6:00 am (breakfast is open 7:00 am to 10:00 am).  This is perfect for an early riser that wants/needs to be home in the early afternoons. Benefits

Responsibilities 
  • Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet following the hotel brand standard.
  • Maintain the buffet in an attractive and abundant looking, presentation, making sure it is organized, clean, and standardized. 
  • Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day.
  • Maintain cleanliness of breakfast space and restock as needed.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Effectively communicate with hotel management and other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications
  • One year of hostess experience in a restaurant is preferred
  • Prior hospitality experience preferred 
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Knowledge of health department standards of food sanitation and safety practices
