Responsibilities as a Management Trainee:
- Manage campaign development and setup between channel leaders and the Entry Level Account Manager team
- Plan, execute, and evaluate specific initiatives aimed at improving processes and achieving organizational goals
- Ensure a consistent and concise message to consumers by attending daily client meetings
- Interact with clients, customers, or other stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to building positive relationships
- Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on sustaining client relations
- Engage in continuous learning and development activities, attend training sessions, workshops, and acquire new skills to enhance managerial capabilities
- Contribute to establishing goals, strategies and tactics to assure operational business goals are met and sales revenue is being generated
Requirements as a Management Trainee:
- 2-year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
- Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Brand Promotions Associate, or other associated fields
- Self-motivated, self-starter with proven abilities and a strong understanding of sales, marketing trends, and the tools necessary to be successful
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and capable to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and superb organizational skills including exceptional task and project management abilities
- Expert in managing conflicting priorities, while demonstrating outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate versatility, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace constantly changing work priorities with enthusiasm
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
