Our BidMachine team (in-app Ad network) is looking for a Product Manager SDK.

As a Product Manager for the SDK (Software Development Kit), your responsibilities would encompass various aspects of the SDK's development, management, and strategic alignment with the company's goals. Your role would involve both technical understanding and strategic thinking to ensure the SDK's success.


Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

   - Define the long-term vision and strategy for the SDK, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.

   - Identify market trends and customer needs to ensure the SDK remains relevant and valuable.

Requirements Gathering and Definition:

   - Collaborate with engineering, and other cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for the SDK.

   - Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog with detailed user stories and technical specifications.

Roadmap Development:

   - Develop a clear and actionable product roadmap that outlines the features, enhancements, and improvements planned for the SDK.

   - Balance short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

   - Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of SDK features.

   - Collaborate with sales, and support teams to create effective messaging, documentation, and support materials.

Market and Competitive Analysis:

   - Monitor the competitive landscape and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and potential threats.

   - Use market insights to refine the SDK's features and positioning.

Release Management:

   - Plan and execute regular SDK releases, coordinating with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployments and updates.

   - Manage beta testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

   - Define and track key quality and performance metrics for the SDK's usage, adoption, and success.

   - Continuously analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.


Objectives:

Objective: Deliver performing and reliable BidMachine SDK with predictable frequency

- KR1: Performance of the new version is higher than the performance of the current version

- KR2: ANR & Crash rate of the new version is higher than the performance of the current version


Objective: Seamless Integration Experience

- KR1: Streamlined Integration Process: Decrease the average integration time by 15%, making it easier for Publishers to adopt the SDK.

- KR2: Simplified Documentation: Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate among Publishers regarding the clarity and comprehensiveness of integration documentation.


Objective: Proactive Issue Resolution

- KR1: Minimise Crash Rate: Ensure the SDK's crash rate is less than 0.5% by conducting thorough testing and addressing critical issues promptly.

- KR2: Continuous Monitoring: Implement real-time monitoring of SDK performance to detect and address potential issues before they impact Publishers.
