Job Description:The Senior Financial Analyst - Risk Management at Augmentjobs plays a pivotal role in assessing, analyzing, and mitigating financial risks across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, risk management strategies, and regulatory compliance. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and compliance, to ensure that the company's financial practices are robust and aligned with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on financial processes, investments, and business operations. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to predict potential risks and evaluate the impact of various financial scenarios.

Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, risk management, or a related field, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling, risk assessment tools, and data analysis software. Advanced Excel skills are required; familiarity with risk management software is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends and risks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all risk assessments and financial analyses.
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards related to risk management.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Certification: Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or similar certification.
