Description of the role:
As an Automotive Detailer at Bill Pearce Motors, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet the highest standards. Your attention to detail and meticulousness will play a key role in providing outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles following established procedures
  • Remove any dirt, stains, and other imperfections from vehicle surfaces
  • Perform interior cleaning, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing
  • Wash and wax vehicle exteriors
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or defects
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and restocked
  • Cooperate with other team members to meet daily goals and deadlines

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an automotive detailer or in a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
