The Marketing Coordinator - eCommerce Sales and Strategy is a detail-oriented and organized individual who will play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the marketing calendar, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful campaign implementation. You will also play a key role in optimizing and managing sales funnels. You will be responsible for building and monitoring funnel assets, analyzing funnel performance data, and collaborating with various departments to improve conversion rates and revenue. Experience with email and SMS marketing platforms preferred.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Compile weekly and monthly analytics for email, SMS, and direct mail including performance reports for email and SMS workflows such as, but not limited to, welcome, abandonment, and post-purchase.
  • Coordinate, plan, and implement, with the approval of the Sales and Strategy Manager, monthly content calendar for email, SMS, and direct mail including but not limited to product identification based on season and performance trends and segment strategies.
  • With approval from the Sales and Strategy Manager, help plan sales and promotions, including but not limited to setting dates, planning discounts, brainstorming themes, incentives, promo products, and special offers.
  • Lead campaign creation, including graphic assets, build out, scheduling, copy and dev work.
  • Manage partnerships and lead projects with email, SMS, and direct mail service providers.
  • Track and share various reports with the leadership team.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor funnel assets, including web pop-ups, welcome flows, upsells, post-purchase flows, and other automation elements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new upsells and automations to increase revenue and customer retention.
  • Analyze funnel performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Generate data-driven recommendations to optimize conversion rates and increase average order value (AOV) and lifetime value (LTV) of customers.
  • Coordinate with key partners across departments (e.g., Design, Copywriting) to ensure seamless funnel operation and optimization.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks related to the Sales & Strategy team as needed.
  • Other duties as appropriately assigned by the Ecommerce Strategy and Sales Director and the Chief Marketing Officer.
