We're growing at JJ&S Are you a certified asbestos supervisor with a proven track record and a knack for leadership?
We are looking for a Certified Asbestos Supervisor who can lead our asbestos team. In this role, you'll conduct job walks, develop scopes of work, and ensure projects are completed on time and profitably. You will also handle daily scheduling, maintain safety and compliance on sites, and supervise all activities. Your responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, training teams, improving operations, and recruiting new members.
If you have strong English skills, a driver’s license, asbestos supervisor certification, current physical certification, and at least 2 years of field experience, we want you Leadership skills in managing is highly preferred.

Compensation:$30 per hour plus monthly bonus
Responsibilities:- Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required
- Submit a plan for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the job
- Consult with the project's stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within budget
- Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily
- Detect, communicate, and implement potential improvements in the operation
- Recruit new potential team members
- Follow the team plan
- Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Must have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role
- Completed training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site
- Excellent leadership, time-management, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building permits, building codes, construction equipment, material resources, construction methods, and project management principles
- Good English skills
- At least 2 years of experience
- Driver’s license
- Asbestos Supervisor certification
- Clean driving record
