  • Incorporate training in DIR/Floortime into therapy sessions, or express a willingness to receive training.
  • Lead therapy groups as needed
  • Efficiently manage a caseload, including scheduling and conducting on and off-site treatment sessions.
  • Actively engage in professional development opportunities to enhance therapy skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with families, clients, and a multidisciplinary team to create and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Active participation in team meetings
Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
  • Pediatric experience preferred; however, highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • An interest in or experience with DIR/Floortime, group therapy leadership, and infant treatment, including torticollis and "fussy" babies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Must be willing to obtain an Early Intervention credential (support for the credentialing process provided by SensAble Kids).
What We Offer:

  • A commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.
  • Competitive salary with bonus pay opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • A retirement plan with company match.
  • Continuing education funds and time, supply allowance, and mileage reimbursement.
  • A fun, playful, and collaborative work environment promoting professional growth.
  • Full-time positions (40 hours per week) with flexibility and independence in scheduling. Part-time positions require a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
