THE OPPORTUNITY: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine
THE LOCATION: Corvallis, Oregon
Ready for a change? We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an internal medicine team in Corvallis, Oregon. This privately owned multi-specialty group is located in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley. The staff is friendly and team oriented and the focus is on providing the highest level of quality patient care.
THE DETAILS
- Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 24 patient contact hours
- Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access
- Provide interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care)
- Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed
- Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.)

- AANP or ANCC certified family or adult/geriatric nurse practitioner or NCCPA certified physician assistant
- At least two years of experience working in a primary care clinic
- Comfortable, confident caring for complex and co-morbid patients
