  • Answering and navigating the delegation of calls with a warm and supportive tone, while    following corresponding protocols  
  • Schedule new and current patient appointments for multiple providers and offices. 
  • Navigating multiple Insurance portals to determine Insurance eligibility and suggesting options that at with In their Insurance network.  
  • Identifies and captures the chief client concern, preferences, and details to help the clinic team understand clients concerns prior to their first appointment and notate within the clients’ chart.    
  • Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills, promoting strengths of providers and clinics.
  • Coordinates and communicates next steps with the client to ensure the client has a seamless experience.  
  • Deliver detailed messages to appropriate personnel or clinic support staff timely to ensure optimum client experience. 
  • Works closely with the Numinus team, which includes support staff, doctors, nurses, therapists/counsellors, and administrators to achieve best possible outcomes.  
  • Effectively communicate through our in-office channels.
  • Professional, courteous, empathetic tone on calls and when communicating to the team.   
  • A problem solver, able to think outside the box while following crucial policies and procedures.  
  • Ability to understand and communicate to clients, the different treatment options offered by Numinus, utilizing tools and resources to become a subject matter expert.   
  • Orients clients to the various steps along their wellness journey  
  • Provides layperson-friendly description of the overall care path and plan. 
  • Summarizes all policies and procedures (e.g., informed consent, confidentiality, clinic policies and procedures).  
  • Adhere to all HIPPA compliance guidelines and regulations.  
  • Accurately maintain client data in the EMR 
  • Processes referrals and other client correspondence upon receipt from providers, follows the client collection policies and adheres to accounts receivable policies. 
  • Maintain a professional level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
