Leadman & Associates is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to make a significant impact within a leading manufacturing facility in the Russell, KS area. You will report to the Operations Manager, and have around ten reports.

The role offers overseeing packaging line operations and warehouse management, and if you are looking for a company with upward trajectory and opportunities for succession, this position could lead to larger roles within the organization. GROWTH

In this role, you will:

• Oversee packaging line setup, loading, and printer settings
• Operate toter for bulk bags, check magnets, clean chutes
• Ensure proper procedures for forklifts, staging, inspections
• Understand metal detectors and conduct testing
• Assign lot numbers, report findings, isolate product if needed
• Generate reports, maintain inventory, oversee water treatment
• Verify documentation, conduct sanitation and housekeeping
• Manage programs like pest control, glass/plastic inspection
• Understand and follow SQF and FSMA food safety policies

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years warehouse operations experience
• Math, computer, communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn packaging line and metal detector operations
• Forklift operation skills, inspection and documentation capabilities
• Punctuality, relationship management, communication, adaptability

Shift: On-site, day shift: 7am - 4pm (possible OT when needed)
