Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA/ABA Supervisor to join our team. This critical role will join a team of passionate individuals on a mission to change the course of autism for families in Wwwstern North Carolina. We are looking for a createive BCBA to help grow St. Gerard House's Innovative model and clinical processes.

St. Gerard House (SGH) is an independent, non-profit organization in Hendersonville, NC dedicated to changing the outcomes for individuals with Autism. The SGH Founder, Board of Directors, and Leadership team push every day to grow, innovate and bring joy to our children young adults, and their families.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current certification as a BCBA
- Credentialed for at least 2 years preferred
- Previous experience in ABA therapy and supervision with adolescents/adults preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical aspects of programs and oversee treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to monitor progress
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
