Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a machine shop or tooling environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED; CNC Programming or relevant training preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in dimensional calculations and basic machining concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with blueprint reading, shop math skills, and punch press operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing manual tasks.
  • Experience maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and respond professionally to challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment.
