Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTitle; Oracle OTL ConsultantJob location: Milford, OHExperience: 8-10YearsContact: kamala.b@twsol.comMandatory skills:Digital : EAS : Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Time and LabourJob description:Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound/outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge:- Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications- Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs- Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc.- Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements- Expertise in Payroll processes.- Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating webADI integrators- Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support- Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes- Understanding change management process- Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations.- Working with the HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.- Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues- Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way- Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus- Experience in ADP payroll is a plus
