To be successful in the role of Tool and Die Maker at CEP Technologies Corporation, certain skills and qualifications are necessary. These include: - Must be a Journeyman Toolmaker for precision metal stamping dies - Experience with progressive dies for 60-ton and smaller presses - Ability to read engineering drawings with an understanding of IPS measurements (inch, pound, second) - Proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc. - Experience with surface grinding, mills, and lathes - Knowledge of CNC machining operations is a plus - Must have a basic knowledge of press operation and the fundamentals of setting a press, including setting pitch and shut height. Having these skills and qualifications will enable you to excel in your role, ensuring the precision and accuracy necessary for manufacturing high-quality tools and dies.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
