Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

  • Commercial plumbing installation from underground stack out to trim out on large-scale commercial projects
  • Read and interpret plans and building specifications.
  • Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
  • Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.
  • Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.
  • Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.
  • Involve cutting, threading, fit pipes, valves, and caulking.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience such as corporate offices, dining establishments, and educational institutions and federal contracts.
  • Journeyman plumbing license preferred not required/ or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
  • Possess hand tools and trade-specific tools.
  • Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice.
  • Able to work from ladders and lifts from various heights.
  • Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavator, tamp, skid steer, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed.
  • Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug screening.
