Program Supervisor-Adult Central Intake

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an advanced professional position responsible for the daily operation of the Program, supervision of direct service staff, and training and consultation. Reports to and functions under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Program Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Master’s degree is preferred. Prefer applicants who are licensed or are licensed eligible. A Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field from an accredited college or university with five (5) or more years of clinical Human Service/Behavioral Health experience can substitute for a Master’s degree.
- Knowledge of direct services, including relevant DSM-TR 5 diagnosis and symptomology. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret clinical records, procedures, legal documentation, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with, provide information to and respond to questions from managers, clients, service providers, family members, and the general public. Valid Florida driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provides direct supervision for the program staff. Supervises and/or coordinates direct service delivery of the reporting unit. Direct supervision of program staff and ensure training compliance.
- Complete Gracepoint required documentation in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to program monitoring and quality reports.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external programs and agencies.
- Attend agency-wide, division, and program meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops to maintain and enhance essential skills and knowledge.
- Interviews/hires prospective employees and orients them to program.
- Assume administrative and supervisory duties in the Program Manager’s absence.
- Performs other duties that are similar, related, or are a logical assignment to the job.
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Adheres to all applicable federal, state, local, and company-maintained standards of compliance, ethics, and policies concerned with the administration and delivery of agency services.
- Meets deadlines, requirements, and expectations as established by the supervisor, agency, and department.
- Completes administrative functions and data entry timely and accurate.
CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provides exceptional customer service in all communications and interactions with staff and the general public.
- Maintains confidentiality and remains calm under stress.
- Assists staff with support in all areas of functional responsibility in a courteous, supportive manner.
- Maintains and exhibits servant leadership qualities and exceeds customers’ expectations.
