Prestonwood Country Club, a premier Golf Course with 3 18-hole golf courses in Cary, NC is seeking an energetic, friendly, and organized individual to join our team as Shift Leader for our Golf Carts & Range Operations. This is a part-time, year-round position that requires a flexible work schedule from candidates as you may work AM or PM shifts. AM shifts begin as early as 6:00 am, and PM shifts end as late as 9:00 pm

Job duties include:
  • Assist the Outside Services Coordinator with the supervision of cart attendants and range
    attendants, including recruitment, hiring, and training.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and product quality of the entire golf car fleet while notifying
    management of any damage or maintenance needs.
  • Assist in the responsibility and performance of the golf operations, golf services, and tournament operations.
  • Maintain a fully stocked and organized practice facility and short game area and enforce the usage of the practice facility through the Club's membership categories.
  • Perform daily cart and practice facility operations as needed, including cart and practice facility
    opening and closing procedures, golf cart staging and maintenance, member services at bag drop and practice facility, and all other duties outlined in the golf cart and range attendant job
    descriptions.
  • Set up golf cart staging area for daily play.
  • Set up the practice facility for daily use.
  • Monitor the range ball supply and cleanliness of the practice facility.
Position Requirements:
Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service with great attention to
detail.
Have a strong passion for hospitality with a genuine service heart.
Maintain a polished professional demeanor and appearance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Display a high level of self-motivation, accountability, and willingness to do what
it takes to complete a task.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
Working hours will include weekends and holidays.
Stand or walk for the length of the scheduled shift.
