Position Overview:  

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pinellas. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and a supportive team of professionals. Currently seeking a motivated BCBA to work with individuals in home and in school environments. 


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans.

- Provide supervision and training to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care.

- Take advantage of opportunities for consults and in-school services, leveraging our strong relationships with local educational institutions.


Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.

- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges.

- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and data analysis.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
