Position Description:

In this role you will be responsible for managing accounts and selling HVAC mechanical projects and services.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services
  • Generate accurate and complete sales proposals
  • Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers
  • Educate prospective customers on the latest products and services
  • Regularly call on assigned accounts
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Participate in training on the latest industry technologies

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
  • HVAC special projects
  • HVAC sales or service
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Demonstrates problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Presentation and demonstration skills
  • Operates effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
