**Job Summary**

Snider Fleet Solutions is in search of Diesel Mechanics to repair and maintain heavy duty trucks and trailers in multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of diesel mechanic experience and a clean driving record. Join us for a rewarding career in the automotive industry

**Qualifications**

- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of diesel mechanic experience
- Valid Class C Driver's License
- Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification required
- Commercial TIA certification needed after 6 months
- DOT Medical Certification preferred

**Responsibilities**

- Repair and maintain heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Perform basic repairs on components
- Assist with minor wreck damage repairs
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and company policies

**Skills and Abilities**

- Pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to read technical manuals and instructions
- Own necessary tools for the job
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Familiar with VMRS codes and maintenance software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail-oriented
