Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Summary:

The Social Worker is responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, and coordinating patient care in a certified outpatient mental health clinic. The Social Worker will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care.
 

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree:
    • Master of Social Work (MSW), or
    • Master's in Counseling and Guidance, or
    • A related degree from an accredited university.
Experience:
  • Post-Graduate Experience:
    • 3000 hours of post-graduate experience.
Licensure and Approvals:
  • State of Wisconsin License:
    • Must have a valid social work or related license from the State of Wisconsin.
  • State of Wisconsin Letter of Approval:
    • Must have a letter of approval as a "Provider of Psychotherapy Services in a Certified Out-Patient Mental Health Clinic."
Skills and Competencies:
  • Training, Knowledge, and Skills:
    • Must possess the necessary training, knowledge, and skills to perform evaluation, treatment, and/or patient care.
    • Should be capable of working with patients across different age groups:
      • Pediatric
      • Adolescent
      • Adult
      • Geriatric

      Sign-On Bonuses for qualifying positions (Social Work is not a qualified position) and we offer relocation stipends that are negotiated on a case by case basis.
