Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Duties:
- Evaluate exact quantity and quality of items delivered
- Receive & unload shipment of meat products and in to the freezer/cooler
- Assemble and utilize machines in an operative state while observing safety requirements
- Utilize ground machine for ground meat
- Utilizing vacuum tumbler to produce marinated meat
- Utilize machines for frozen meat(PUMA) to produce frozen products
- Utilize wrapping and packing equipment and convey allprepped items for pick up/delivery
- Trim/slice fresh frozen pork into appropriate cuts
- Prepare sauces for marinated meat & produce different marinated meat
- Inspect and check inventory of meat and supply
- Maintain a clean and sterile workspace
- Disassemble and clean all machines
Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts
