**Job Description:**
Are you a recent high school graduate or college student looking for a summer job with the potential to earn substantial income? Join our team as a Solar and Energy Conservation Sales Representative This position offers flexible hours and the chance to make a difference in your community while building your resume and earning money for college expenses.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to homeowners in the Greater Cincinnati Area, introducing them to our solar and energy conservation products.
- Engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, educating them about the benefits of renewable energy and energy-efficient solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers to close sales, meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
- Represent Home Energy Pros with enthusiasm and professionalism, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

**Requirements:**
- Recent high school graduate or college student with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
- No previous sales experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
