QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IT LEAD

  • 10+ years of experience in technology management within the hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family living industries
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality-specific technology solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to travel to locations as necessary
  • Driven to continue learning to keep up with ever-changing technology
  • Master's degree (preferred)

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN IT LEAD

As an IT Lead with our hospitality company, you meet to discuss technology system upgrades and resolve issues. You focus on implementing technology systems to enhance the guest experience. Additionally, you collaborate with department heads to prioritize tech needs. You also lead training sessions to empower staff. Your innovative technology solutions contribute to an exceptional hospitality experience.

This full-time management position schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
