Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling to children, adolescents and/or adults.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments Domestic Violence, Parental Fitness, Substance Abuse, Bonding and Attachment and Trauma to determine client needs and establish appropriate treatment plans.
  • Assist families who are involved with DFCS (Dept. of Family and Children Services) in building parental capacity and/or work towards reunification through parent education training and linkage to community resources.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in either counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or similar field and eligible for provisional/clinical license OR in possession of provisional or clinical licensed Counselors applying must have one of the following licenses: An LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LMSW, or LAMFT. Or a masters level counselor who is eligible to obtain a license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and work cooperatively with other agency providers.

Compensation based on license and service provided.
