Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for individual to join our team who are Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members

We are a non-profit organization looking to add behavioral staff to our in home and in community programs. We work with individuals from age 4 all throughout adulthood with many of our individuals being between the ages of 14 and 30 years old.

We provide ongoing training and support to our employees, can provide supervised hours for BACB licensure if needed, and pay between $25-$30 per hour. We utilize naturalistic and incidental teaching methods and our services focus on building skills the individual will need throughout their life. Their is lots of room for growth as we continue creating programs and program models

Examples of common goals we work on are volunteering goals, exercise goals, learning how to navigate the community, life skills goals and work collaboratively with families to assess, identify and create a plan on achieving the individuals' goals. Our goals are to always keep the individual at the center of all programming.

We have a huge need for daytime and full time hours in the Lexington/Woburn area.

Perfect opportunity for students needing internships or RBTS


Responsibilities include:

  • Skill building of ADL's and IADL's
  • In home direct care for an individual with intellectual disabilities.
  • Community based skill building.
  • Providing respite care to the guardians of the individual.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with the family and maintain positive rapport with the individual.
