Job DescriptionJob Description

Eileen’s Colossal Cookies in Lincoln, NE is looking for a bakery associate/dough maker to join our South store team, located at 5500 Old Cheney Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven and reliable with strong attention to detail.

Position Type

  •       Part-time to Full-time available (two to five shifts per week)

Shifts 

  • 4-8 hour shifts
  • Between 7am to 6:30pm
  • Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays

Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes to prepare dough and frosting
  • Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstations
  • Weigh and measure ingredients
  • Label, stock and rotate all ingredients
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Scoop and bake cookies, ensure consistent product quality, meet daily production needs.
  • Develop a proficiency in baking
  • Properly operate bakery equipment to ensure proper product preparation.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating patience and respect in all customer interactions
  • Frost and package cookies
  • Demonstrate teamwork and assist general team members as needed
  • Working your scheduled hours

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate and listen to team members
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
  • Sound judgement and decision making skills
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition and subtraction)
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
