A leading university is seeking a Research Administrator. The successful candidate will provide a full range of administrative and financial services managing pre-award proposal submissions and post-award research dollars for a portfolio of the bioengineering faculty. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of work related funding and grants experience. The company offers a great work environment

Research Grants Administrator Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $35/hr
  • Worksite: Leading University (Stanford, CA 94305 - Onsite - Open to hybrid once trained)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment

Research Grants Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Work with diverse funding sources from sponsored grants to non-sponsored sources such as foundation grants and industrial contracts.
  • Work closely with faculty, researchers, and lab staff to share your financial expertise, ensure research funds are spent appropriately, playing a critical role in advancing the work of this exciting department.

Research Grants Administrator Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of work related experience.
  • Proficiency in management, training grant management, pre-award and grant submission expertise in addition to post-award finance experience.
