Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide customized recommendations.
Sales Development: Identify opportunities for new business and promote insurance products to prospective clients.
Policy Management: Manage client policies, updates, and claims efficiently and accurately.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and policy information.
Requirements
Licensure: Active Ohio Insurance License for either property/casualty or life insurance is mandatory.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on exceptional customer service.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately assess clients' needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Professionalism: Maintain a polished and positive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
