Steadily’s Internship & Accelerator Program is designed for recent college grads to gain valuable, hands-on experience working at a fast growing tech company. Our 12-week paid internship runs from June 17th to September 6th with an opportunity to be accepted into our full-time Accelerator Program at the end of the internship.
Who We Are
Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re Series B, just over 100 people, manage $6B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer of rental properties.
Our mission is to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, underwriters, and operations people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.
Our Client Experience (CX) team’s mandate is to deliver world-class, end-to-end experiences for our clients that drive brand loyalty and retention. You’ll be a part of delivering on that mandate. Program Overview
Full-time paid internship
12-week term: June 17th to September 6th
Consideration for full-time Accelerator Program at completion of internship
Must be local or willing to relocate to Kansas City, KS (not available remote)
Our interns will work closely with the CX leadership team on activities relating to frontline operations and customer support. This hands-on role will be responsible for helping with customer requests; operations projects; light back office admin. They will support the overall strategic goals and objectives of the Steadily brand.
At the end of the internship program, the top performing interns will be offered a full-time position on the CX team and continue their career development in our Accelerator Program.
What You’ll Do
Respond to high volume of inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active insurance policies.
Provide direct support for post-bind requests from Steadily’s sales agents; e.g. sending certificates of insurance, application signature requests, submitting invoices / taking payment, and processing general endorsement requests.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed.

New Grad: You are a Spring ‘24 graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
Tech Savvy: You have above average technical skills; learning to navigate new systems and tools is easy for you.
Ambitious: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your career growth. You are adaptable to a demanding and fast paced environment.
Self-Driven: You thrive under intense pressure; you can manage a large workload with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities. There is no task too small or beneath you; “that’s not my job” is never your mantra.
Compensation and Benefits
Internship:
New Grad Intern (12 weeks)
Base Pay: $24 per hour
Accelerator Program:
Insurance Specialist Level 1 (9 months)
Base Pay: $28 per hour
