Pool Cleaning Technician


Pool Scouts of Columbus is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Service Technicians. No experience required. Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is Perfect Pools, Scouts Honor. Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. Were professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers

Pool Scouts offer advancement opportunities, including year-round employment, for high performing technicians who demonstrate strong technical and interpersonal skills, translating into an exceptional customer experience.

What Our Technicians Do


  • Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum & skim pool
  • Ensure a clean pool deck
  • Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
  • Offer best in class customer service

Job Requirements


  • Hard-working with a can-do attitude
  • Reliable and demonstrate initiative
  • Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly
  • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
  • Valid drivers license (company vehicle provided)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
